"Big clean rooms"

"The rooms were in very poor condition. The main light didn’t work for the 3 days I stayed there. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches everywhere. The room was full of flies. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay in derby. "

"Room was disgusting, had cockroach and mouse droppings in the corners of the room. The door frame was falling apart and on the second day when we opened the door, a piece of the door frame fell down on us. The walls beside the bed were covered in fingerprints and dirt/muck from previous people who had slept in the bed and rubbed up against the wall. The first room we were in had a queen bed and a single, a room designed to accommodate 3 people, however we only had one towel, one coffee cup and one spoon. After the door frame fell apart onto us, we asked to change rooms, we were given a twin room with two single beds, the beds were covered in hairs, and in our second room we only had ONE BLANKET. I’m not sure who the housekeeping team are here, but they really need to use some common sense so that a room made up to fit 3 people don’t have to share one coffee cup and one towel!!!"
