"I organised a large family gathering at this hotel to celebrate finishing south West coast path. The breakfast and dinner every night was fantastic served by a brilliant team. The location is great and in a beautiful area , used the heated outdoor pool several times. Lots of nice areas outside and in to relax . Hotel rooms need updating but overall this didn’t affect our stay . Great value and recommend. "

"A clean quiet hotel in a good location about 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the centre of Swanage. Staff are very helpful. Serves breakfast and dinner and has a spa in the basement and pleasant beer garden right above the beach. The parking is very limited and the only other downside is that the bed is one of the least comfortable (/older?) that I have slept in."

"Bill & Michelle are excellent hosts and have a lovely property in Swanage. Room was spotlessly clean and tidy the same for dry room and dining area. We left our Amazon remote in the room that they found and rang us about and offered to mail to us, how very thoughtful- lovely people, fantastic breakfast and great location. We will definitely look to book again when we visit Dorset next."

"We arrived a bit late and were welcomed by a friendly and warm member of the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast a bit poor with not hot or meat or eggs options, but would stay again if we’re to come back. "
