There were no microwaves in the rooms, the pool was cold when it was supposed to be heated, the beds were hard as rocks, and there were homeless people living in the stairwells. The breakfast was good though.

Check in staff was far from welcoming. The coldest check-in I have ever experienced. Rooms - no water offered (even to pay for) Rooms are so small it is like being back at a college dorm. Great theme and could be a great experience - needs some work. Pay more attention to the guests
