"Very clean, located right on the beach. Very friendly staff, the restaurant was delicious open for breakfast and dinner with full bar. Perfect location in Traverse City."

"This was an okay stay. Pool was open one day and closed the rest of the time. Not close to much so you will need a car. Cookies in the lobby is a nice touch. Breakfast was so-so. I slept well and the shower was good."

"The room was clean and somewhat newly updated. Nothing wrong with the room. The lack of interaction from real staff members bring this place down in rating. The ID verification process for the contactless check-in feels very intrusive on privacy. No one should need to send in a picture or scan of your face to some third-party verification website just to check into your hotel room. I would much rather prefer to speak to a real person at a front desk, they can look at my ID, and they can hand me...

"Although hotel is clean and well maintained, it’s as though you’ve stepped back into 1970’s with its style and bold colors. We had a one night stay and unfortunately did not use the pool or hot tub. Our only encounter with staff was at check-in and front desk person was not very friendly."

"This is a very old hotel; however, the uniqueness, character and location make it worth overlooking the aging aging of the facility. We had the 2-room suite on 2nd floor and loved it and will stay here again when in the area again"
