"Very happy with my stay at the Sono. All staff were incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. Helped to book a day trip, always going out of their way to say hello and check we were ok, provided us with an umbrella on a rainy evening. Really made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
