English Heritage site wonderfully atmospheric. The spire os Salisbury cathedral stands out in the distance. Great walking area as well.

Small place inside but lots of walking on the outside, including some ruins. These don't require paying to go and are open all year round. If I'd had more time I would have spent longer here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially those in the shop.
