"Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable .
