"Personale incapace. Ho riservato e pagato il posto auto e quando sono tornato era occupato. Secondo il personale se uno esce il posto puo essere occupato da chiunque,cosa inammissibile ed equivalente come minimo a overbooking. La camera e l'albergo in generale richiederebbero un ammodernamento."

"Kunde varit ett fint hotell, men fanns mycket mer att önska. Underhållet av rummen var lågt, bara duschhanddukar. Inget att lägga på golvet då hela toaletten blev våt. Luktade rök trots rökfritt rum. Luktade fukt i delar av korridoren. Man hörde allt från korridoren. Personalen gjorde bara vad dom ..."
