"The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. It is extremely well located, close to the lake and old town as well as to restaurants ans shops. Havin a reception desk is somehow missing."

"We stayed in the penthouse suite which i think must sleep 5 or 6 (it had 3 bedrooms). The hotel sits on the edge of Lake Maggiore and from the “balcony” of the suite the views were amazing. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We were there for the moon & stars festival and the hotel is right at the end of the food street but we weren’t disturbed at all when we went to sleep. Nice powerful shower, kitchen with full sized fridge. Only 1 improvement i would recommend, and that would be to put a blackout blind in each of the bedrooms because they were very bright in the morning! We would absolutely stay here again!"

"For a single room there was plenty of space and good storage. The bathroom was also a good size. The level of efficiency the hotel delivers without being intrusive made my stay most enjoyable. Would I stay again? Yes. Lake Maggiore has an addictive charm and this hotel is a winner."

"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!"

"Location is excellent. We had an economy room - it was clean and had what we needed but quite uninspiring and it was a bit noisy when we arrived. It was quiet when we went to sleep. Breakfast was included but I couldn’t see information about how to get breakfast so emailed and got a quick reply. Breakfast was reasonable but we had to wait fifteen mins to get our coffee. Orange juice had already been poured out on a counter but it also took ten mins. "
