"All around great experience! Great sites, service, and location."

"This was an amazing stay! We felt like we were deep in the country, but only 15 minutes to downtown. The free roaming mini donkeys and llama were so much fun and so sweet. Make sure to buy plenty of extra treat bags along with apples and pears. Slice the apples and Pears so they are so they are easy to feed to the animals and they will greet you at the door in the morning. Don't forget to feed the mini cows at the gate - they are sweet and love all the treats and fruit as well."

"I absolutely loved the treehouse! My only complaint is the water in the shower doesn’t stay hot long but after viewing the area I completely understood why. It is secluded and beautiful! The swing and tv area underneath the house was amazing! The hotub was clean and a nice size. The house was clean and provided everything needed for a quick getaway! THE VIEWS!!!!!!! Overall, this was an AMAZING stay!"

"This is a great find in a small Texas town, quaint, wonderful courtyard. staff were all friendly and helpful. A wonderful change to the chain hotels. Highly recommended!"

"The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

"Super easy check in, all by text. The property is beautiful and the room was very clean, modern, well decorated and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. I would highly recommend and stay here again in a heart beat."

"Clean, quiet rooms. And friendly staff, especially Mary Jane. The only concern was the pool was not working. Not good for a hot summer vacation when humidity is high and temps are high. I always choose a hotel with a pool in the summer because it is a good way to break up your day when it’s so hot outside. Disappointing!"

"The staff was not particularly friendly. The cookies in the lobby were free but not very good. Most likely they were left over from another day. Breakfast consisted mostly of bagels or toast. This is an older motel so if you are looking for outlets in the bathroom, check the light fixture, because there were no others in the bathroom."
