"Clean, cool, comfortable rooms. Pet-friendly. Great waffle maker situation at breakfast. Responded quickly to a last minute reservation. Well located with stores and restaurants in close proximity. I was not in my electric vehicle on this trip but the presence of EV chargers in the parking lot was encouraging for future trips. Overall a great stay."

"The advertised order food service was non existent. There were no vending machines for drinks snacks. I never found an ice machine. Coffe, water, tea was removed promptly after breakfast. There was nothing available until next morning. Breakfast itself was ok, but not as I've had at other hotels. If you wanted a soda $4.50 or water $2.50 it must be purchased from staff - at front desk. I was charged a $50 deposit when checking in. It has yet to be returned to my card. "The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional."

The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more."
