"The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, the room looks nice and clean initially, but in the 2 week I was there it was never hoovered… if I hadn’t stripped the bed myself I don’t think the sheets would have been changed at all. The bathroom was cleaned maybe once every 3 days…. Even though the towels were changed every day!! The curtains were non existent, blinds that were fitted were next to useless and didn’t keep any light out at all so was awake at 04.30 every morning. It need...
