A heartfelt thank-you to Daniel, whose customer service was nothing short of exceptional—attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. We are also incredibly grateful to Daniela and the owner for the wonderful upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were chic, spotless, and beautifully designed, and waking up to the stunning view from the balcony was pure magic. The breakfast served in our room was another unforgettable touch—so thoughtful, delicious, and truly special. We are also grateful for the kind service and clear contact with Boat2Go, even though our tour couldn’t take place due to the weather. Their professionalism and care were truly appreciated.
