"Necesitaba un hotel que tuviera parking y que estuviera relativamente cerca de Madrid. Este hotel cumple con esas condiciones. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, sin espacio para poner las maletas o closets. Somos una familia de 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes y la habitación para 4 solo ofrece una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama. El desayuno es de pésima calidad, empezando por el café, los zumos, los embutidos y la variedad. El personal de limpieza muy amable y eficiente. No volveria a este hotel. "

"The listing on Expedia said this facility had an indoor pool that could be enjoyed year round with a picture of the pool featured prominently in the listing. This was the specific reason the I chose to book this hotel. In fact the pool is only open in the summer, even though it is enclosed. The listing also said there was free individual shuttle service to the airport available 24 hours a day. This was also not true. The shuttle service was infrequently scheduled at times that did not correspond to when our flight was. So we had to pay for our own transportation to the airport. When I raise these issues with the staff, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us in any way. They denied any responsibility for the misrepresentations that were contained in the listing. Also, the breakfast food was mediocre at best. This is just a place to warehouse people who are waiting to catch their flights., a hotel that is trying to cut costs wherever they can, and not being honest about it."

"There were pieces of hair around the room (on the bathroom counter, the bedding, and the counter under the TV), which was not pleasant to see. They had Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, body wash), which was nice. The breakfast was also really good - they had typical options like bread, eggs, and bacon (as well as churros). It tasted much better than the breakfast at most hotels! Also, the shuttle bus to the airport actually costs 6 euros, not 5 euros."
