"My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well."

"A nice place with friendly staff. No free breakfast per se, but coffee and fruit available. Lots of food and snack items available for purchase. For some reason after check in I got a call saying my registration did not “go through.” They asked me to stop by the desk again. They ran my credit card again- which I was reluctant to do since the pending charge was already showing in my account. Sure enough, a second pending charge appeared. They apologized and said one of the charges would come off. It did, about 5 days later."

"Breakfast was not great: it appeared that pancakes were warmed up from the frozen ones, the same was probably done for the pork patties, almost no fruits and if they were there, they were not very fresh. Blanket was old and already started to smell. Carpet was not very clean. The coffee maker was not working properly. The pool had weird soapy stuff in there."
