"Motel doesn't have an ice machine by design. Also, no kleenex in room and no bath mat to keep from slipping in bath tub. Room had no decor. Desk clerk is quite helpful."

"Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. If I ever return to the Seattle area, I will be avoiding...

"Loved our stay! So close to everything including the light rail to get to downtown Seattle. The pool was very nice and the staff were wonderful. We will definitely be staying again"

"We had to book this last minute because our other hotel was a complete disgusting disaster. The staff here was incredibly helpful, efficient, friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. Even the woman that served us in the bar/restaurant was fantastic. Thank you!"

"The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again."

"Lady at front desk was polite. They placed a $100 incidental charge on my credit card, not a big deal but i prepaid for the room and all they need to do is tell you at the time. Breakfast is cereal, toast and bagels, oj, some bananas and yogurt. Room was mediocre. Some rough spots but okay overall. Note: the building is modest and located in a rear parking lot behind a Dennys which isn't clear from the photos online. For the same price there are nicer hotels nearby."

"Hotel was clean and well equiped. Room was large and air conditioning good. Walls are thin so we could hear lots of noise from upstairs and the corridor. Location of the hotel is ok, 30min walk to Lynnwood station to access the city, so best uber it to the station. Overall a good hotel, would use again if in Seattle"

"The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."

"The property was organized, however the room itself could have used a deep cleaning. The floor in room seemed like it had not been swept, and bathroom tub was dirty, had dirt inside. Lastly one of the blankets had a stain on it."

"The property could have been good, but when they list that they serve breakfast and all they have is hot water w/tea and coffee, and muffins that were previously frozen and INEDIBLE. The worst I’ve ever tried. Still doesn’t count as breakfast. I asked for a napkin and they said they didn’t have one. No paper towels in the kitchen, nor did they have any utensils. Then, they had maintenance coming in to attend to cleaning the a/c vents, however, couldn’t say when that was happening. Not crazy...
