"Staff were great, location awesome. Suited our needs. The only downside was we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken so had to use the stairs which wasn’t ideal but it was still a great place to stay."

"Thanks very much to Debbie, it is definitely an older motel, with the attendant issues, but there was plenty of hot water, the towels were clean, the whole place was pristine. Further, there were nice little touches throughout… If there was anything else I needed for the kitchen, Debbie was more than happy to find it; The lights, instead of the horrible glaring white light, were warm lights… And I really appreciated that little bit of difference. Thanks so much Debbie, I’ll be back next time I’m in new Plymouth. Xx"
