"None of the cleaning staff spoke English. The trash barrel in the hallway by the exit door was overflowing with trash and it stayed like that until the next day. The pool should not have been usable. It was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom and the chemicals were too strong. We stayed for a couple days and housekeeping left new towels but never cleaned or made the beds. It felt like a cheap place and I was expecting more from what they showed on their website"
