"SS Rotterdam is nice experience. Reception staff wasn’t nice once we arrived early as we simply asked if early check in available and lady was so unhappy telling how busy they are and we must come after 3pm - I agree but tone and face expression could be different and all story would be different. Breakfast is nice , staff in restaurants are super friendly and doing every single extra mile if they can. Check out process super simple. Thank you for hosting us "

"This place exceeded my expectations. Super clean, well appointed. Shame it didn't have a kitchen but the room was v modern and spacious. I was with my family (2 kids). The room next door were smoking weed and it was coming through. I told reception, they sent security up and the problem was solved. Staff were great - I really have few complaints."

"The room was nice albeit a little noisy from the main road. We were there for three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay even though we were out each day for sightseeing. We were also disappointed with the bar as it didn’t have much stock of spirit and no beer on tap - only bottled beer."

"Great location, lovely staff, delicious breakfast with great variety. You are in walking distance of restaurants , cafes, bars etc. Lovely spacious room and clean and modern. Decor around the hotel is classy and warming. Metro just few yards away and Rotterdam central station 15min walk. "

"My stay was just an overnight stop - but I can recommend this hotel for having comfortable beds, good showers, nice toiletries & welcoming staff. One important thing to note, especially if you are traveling with kids, is that car parking is in the residential streets around the hotel. This is free of charge after 21:00h and before 09:00h the next day - but I arrived just before 22:00h and had to park about 0.6 mile away. The weather was fine... but, on a rainy/cold night, this wouldn't be much fun. (You can drop people & bags off before you go to find a parking space). Despite this one issue, it's a nice town and a decent hotel."
