"We waited in line for a while, but when it was our time to check in it was very smooth. Not sure what the problem was. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant; staff were excellent, food was good. Please consider transportation to and from the train station for guests staying multiple days, as you do for guest coming in by plane. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and I felt comfortable walking on the carpet with no shoes which is not always the case with some hotels. I didn't wake early enough to eat the breakfast The parking lot seemed safe and I wasn't concerned about the area that the hotel was located in."

"For starters, the bed only had one pillow, Front desk said it was impossible to get me another. Air conditioner hardly worked at all. The room remained hot throughout the night and the next morning I tried to take a shower and the water was cold. Also, every time I stepped out into the parking lot, a homeless person would asked me for money."
