The front desk staff offered no greeting, explanation of hotel amenities, or acknowledgment of the earlier issues I raised during booking. When I mentioned discrepancies between what I booked and what I was given, the response was dismissive, with no effort to investigate or resolve the issue. Based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the booking process through check in, I would not recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in how customers are treated."
