"The surrounding area is very beautiful and the hotel looks very nice inside and outside. Bohinj is a lot nicer than Bled. Our room was a decent size. However, it was let down by a lack of practicality. E.g, there’s insufficient wardrobe and drawer space for two guests. There’s nowhere to open and store your luggage. In the bathroom, there aren’t any shelves or places to put your toiletries and no hooks to hang towels. They don’t have proper air conditioning, so I expect it gets extremely hot...

"Two nights using the hotel as a base to visit Nova Gorica and Bled. Breakfast buffet was extensive - continental choices plus scrambled eggs and British sausage. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The dining room staff sometimes does double duty at registration desk. Lots of tourist information. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk and train station is a couple of minutes longer."

"Staff, room, and restaurant were amazing. Great communication. Easy check in. Beautiful/comfortable room. All good was well labeled. They even made me a gluten free breakfast to go. I would highly recommend for people with food allergies."

"Hotel Jezero is the grand old lady of Bohinj. It's been here a while and in some ways it shows (eg room doors are locked with proper keys, not electronically) but it's still a fabulous hotel. Step outside and you're right on the lake, location can't be beaten. The pool and sauna are lovely, the breakfast has a lot of choice and I really appreciated the seeds and fresh and dried fruit options. I got upgraded to a twin room and it was very spacious."

"An oasis of tranquility and authentic Alpine architecture in a very busy touristy town. Super great owners and staff, spotless clean, short easy walk to town and the lake, quiet and peaceful. If you like the typical modern, minimalist, ugly hotel, don't book here, it's the opposite! Homey, comfortable, relaxed. Great base to explore the natural beauty. Don't miss the short side trip to Triglav National Park and Lake Bohinj for postcard views and maybe less crowds than Bled."

"The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. The stay was not cheap but certainly worth the price, especially as the B&B is such a short walk from Lake Bled. Parking right in front of the accomodation is...

"located very close to the center of the main area and convenient to the lake shore, restaurants and grocery while keep off the busy main road. The hotel has e-bikes ready for rent which is very convenient. Top floor has amazing view to the lake and castle😍. Only shame is the elevator only goes up to a floor bellow top one. "Beautiful apartment situated about 0.5km from the lake. Close to everything we needed - a lovely bakery almost next door and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We are a family of 4 with two teen girls and although the apartment slept 6, one thing to note is there is only one bedroom and the king and double bed are both in there. "The hotel is clean and well-appointed, if a little bit sterile compared to smaller hotels in Bled with more “character”. However the pool and sauna - with huge windows overlooking Lake Bled - are top notch. Worth visiting for those amenities alone!"
