"The room was relatively clean. There was some weird dent or hole in the mattress. In the morning, around 5:30am, (I had to take my special needs sister for a test), I tried to shower but, as much as I tried, I could not get the water to turn on. I called the desk and there was no answer. I got ready and when I went down to the desk to check out, there was no one there. I left the keys on the counter."

"I checked into the motel room and found cockroaches in the mail area and the bathroom, unfortunately. I went to the front desk to request roach spray and the agent was kind enough to offer me another room. The second room was MUCH BETTER! Major improvement from the first.

"it was conveniently located, in need of an renovation.
The outside the room lighting was aggressively intense with no good way to block the light from coming in the room while sleeping. This gave the room an always daylight outside vibe which was not helpful for sleep."
