"Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Was worried that room would be noisy but was not. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Room was very clean. Enjoyed breakfast, usually upgraded it but staff there were very accommodating there too."

"Clean, comfortable place and a solid stay overall. The location was convenient ... I was able to walk downtown easily, and the pool area was a nice touch with a really cute, relaxing vibe. The bathroom is a little dated, but everything was clean and in good working order. Overall, no real complaints. Good value, good location, and a pleasant stay."

"When we arrived, we noted that the hotel was being renovated. This amenities such as the fitness centre and pool were unavailable. When we booked the room, there was nothing online that stated that the hotel was being worked on or that these services were unavailable. The rooms didn’t have any “do not disturb signs” and we were woken up by housekeeping trying to get into our unit. We found that the sheets on our bed initially weren’t clean and had notable red stains on them. Reception was...

"There are ants like crazy, I’m not sure if it was all rooms or just fine, you do get what you pay for though, the mirror was broken and shower looked quite stained, a good scrub moat definitely could’ve fixed it. Bedding was questionable, and had a few stains that looks suspect, but it wasn’t anything I was gonna throw a fit over, staff is okay, they got a different room for friends who had ants, but it was a downgrade and didn’t exactly look extremely prepped."
