We only spent 2 nights. This would have been a great place to spend our whole vacation. So close to the state park, beautiful scenery, the staff were amazing, friendly knowledgeable. Loved it!!

The resort has path to observation point and you can literally walk to Zion NP. Can’t wait to go back and just walk the whole Zion from this basecamp!!

Staff was super nice but the shared bathrooms were pretty dirty. The showers had no soaps and needed to be cleaned. For the price of the glamping side I would expect a better bathroom. Not all the amenities were open in November which also made the price seem not worth it. The drive to Zion shuttle was 45 min. It was a great atmosphere otherwise and a nice break from the crowds.

Nice stay for visiting Zion NP

Lots of activities on the ranch (horseback riding, swimming, supboarding etc.) and lay-out was great. However, some facilities were in need of some remodelling and the cleaning of bath-/restroom need more attention. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay here and it is a great option for when you are planning to visit Zion NP.

Very nice resort. Family friendly with so much to do, 2 swimming pools, miniature golf, kayaking in a large pond, rock wall, playground, gift shop, and several other activities. They also have East Zion Adventures on site. They have casual dining options and the food was very good. They offer numerous options for lodging at very reasonable price points. The sunset colors were stunning. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was super nice. Becky at the front desk was a joy…. And the maintenance guy (Shaun) helped us fix a flat tire. He even went out of the way to plug it for us and even brought us the pebble that caused the flat. It will be going in our scrapbook! Lots of things to do on site that we went from 2 nights to 3! Thank you.

This resort has so many things to do that you cannot get bored. It is the perfect place to come with children. Our cabin was clean and had plenty of space. The taco truck was delicious. We will be coming back to stay here again.

What an amazing and adorable place! Super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the glamping tents and there was enough heat provided to keep us warm. Bathroom/shower facilities were very clean and heated! I will 100% come back!

we unfortunately were only passing through, and did not spend much time at the resort; but i can say the staff were kind and professional, the cabin was clean and beautiful, and the beds were wonderful. we were 4 adults a child and 2 dogs - the price was incredible for fitting us all; AND it was 15 min from the park. i highly recommend!

Amazing! Worth a longer stay

We regret not staying more than 1 night! We saw once we got there SO many activities on the property we just didnt get a chance to enjoy due to arriving late and leaving early but I could have stayed a week to reall enjoy all they had to offer. We had a cowboy suite which was amazing and there were no issues with any of the property or stay at all!

Well, except or all of this...

So, this is our own fault. We should have complained more when we were there. I suppose this place is great if you have kids camping with you. Our propane tank was empty, no-one answers the phone number on the check-in instructions sheet. The bathrooms and showers are really moldy-mildewy-smelly, and our mattress (under the pad- we checked for bed bugs) was covered in mouse-poop that we cleaned up ourselves because, by this point, we were just feeling defeated by our choice. The glamping tent was in a tight circle and you really hear everything happening at the campfire in front of you and the circle of cabins behind you. The furniture was looking tired and early yard-sale in design. Maybe for you, not for us.
