Que Expedia no me comunicó que el hotel no aceptaba el pago con mi tarjeta que si registre al hacer la reservación y la recepcionista fue poco amable al informar que se tenía que pagar en ese momento en la recepción Por lo demás, todo bien, gracias.

El trato de la recepción es muy bueno, son atentos y dan recomendaciones claras. El hotel está en buena ubicación para acceder a los sitios principales de Orizaba. La limpieza es continua y todo está muy ordenado

Esta bien ubicada, lo único malo es que las habitaciones no contaban con un baño propio, lo que tenía que caminar hasta el baño comunitario y las habitaciones no contaban con clima y el ventilador casi no soplaba

Nada que ver con lo que me ofreció Expedia supuestamente era una habitación con 2 camas individuales baño con tina y regadera. Y resulta que era una habitación con 2 camas sin baño porque los baños y las regaderas son comunitarios y cuando pedí una habitación con baño porque fue lo que reserve me dieron una habitación con 2 cama matrimonial, pero el precio fue de $610 y $25 extras por pago con tarjeta. El personal muy amable.

Las regaderas que son compartidas no tienen espacio para colgar toallas para evitar que se mojen, hay poca agua caliente, la luz del baño se apaga porque es de movimiento y es molesto que se apague en cualquier momento

Van 2 años seguidos que voy a este hotel el primer año todo bien, acabé de ir el 14 de diciembre el detalle que este año hice Mi reservación por Expedia, en $1359 y cuando llegue me cobraron $1605 que porque supuestamente sube el precio, el detalle que no avisan y se supone que en línea ya te están comprando los impuestos, fue lo único que no le gustó pues no me quisieron respetar el precio
