The older gentleman who manages the front desk during the day is very professional, warm, and generous. All the staff are very kind. However, the buildings and rooms need some TLC - there are stains on the ceilings, walls, and floors, lampshades are torn and bent, surfaces are dusty/moldy, and fixtures are crooked/broken. Moisture and constant dampness seems to be an issue, as my towels never fully dried. All that aside, given the location, it’s surprisingly quiet and felt safe probably because the orientation of the buildings and being set back a bit from the main road.

Very Good Choice

Located where you can easily access all the Orlando sites. You can travel easily from this hotel and visit parks, city, etc. It also has good restaurants and shopping options nearby.

Overall check in was a breeze because I completed online check in. Front desk staff was friendly and greeted me when entering. On the room Ceiling Lights did not work or there was a magic switch somewhere we could not find. Couch bed did not have mattress or bedding. Bath tub needs to be replaced. Only here for one night to sleep before early morning flight.

No free breakfast first morning. Lobby toilets no toilet paper and filthy. Advertised free shuttle service from airport. Argued with front desk I had to take can. The room they gave me was fair to say the least. Pool was green. Welfare hotel in back row. I could go on all day. A place to sleep, that's it

Room served its purpose. Needed a place to relax for about 5 hours before our early morning flight. Room wasn’t dirty, just not completely maintained. Could tell Nan aids were being put on things. Entire tub Florian was disconnected so I can only imagine the water damage below the tub in the basement or crawl space. Again, served its unit I won’t be coming back or would I recommend it to anyone staying in the area on vacation. If you need an inexpensive place to stay for a night, it’ll do.

Dirty floor, a/c noisy, so noisy i had to max the volume on tv. Barely cooled room. One washcloth, c' mon, onr more washcloth aint hurting the hotels stock. Pillowcases hadnt been changed. Other than these few inconveniences, i had a good nites sleep.

If you don't like cockroaches, this is not the place for you. The room was so infested it was impossible to stand still or in the bed. Do your self a favor and if you end up booking here and don't like cockroaches bring at least 2 cans of bug spray and no, im not exaggerating.

Semi truck parking is extremely tight, but convenient. I was disappointed that I got a standard room with 2 beds when I booked the king suite. When I went back they explained that they didn’t have any clean at the moment, but if I wanted to wait for 90 minutes I could get the king suite (I waited and got the slightly better room).
