This is a very comfortable nice home. It was cleaned and the decor looked exactly like the picture. I was a little disappointed not having a private pool. Itā€™s a gated community with a community pool. Enjoyed the stay

Great rental no issues at all. Checking and out is very easy and convenient since itā€™s contactless. House was very clean and spacious. About a 10 minute drive to Disney. Will definitely be back next time Iā€™m in the area if itā€™s available.

Very nice

Overall I enjoyed the town house and its amenities. There was some cosmetic issues that I discussed with them but it wasnā€™t an issue for us. Looking forward to staying with them again.

Parking in terrible. We had 3 cars for 8 people and could not park in front of house for fear of being towed. A lot of cars parked on the road hard to back out.

Terrible company will rip you off at check out

Location was way too close to busy streets. The Property had several dusty artificial plants in the home, the walls were dirty, and many areas of the house were not fixed professionally. Minimal blankets were available. A small mark on the wall from our luggage handle cost me over $100 when it could have been easy touched up with paint. So unreasonable! They claimed wall damage repair when there was a small minor mark and no damage to the wall. Upon check out the rest of my security deposit was not returned to me and still has not been returned to me after reaching out to them several times. It has been almost 2 months now and no one is responding to my emails. The renters lacked communication and responsiveness when there was continuous beeping in the garage. We even repaired the front door knob that was falling off and they were not appreciative. This is the first time I rented with this company and it was the worst experience Iā€™ve had. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
