Room was fine, the suite was comfy, but hasn't have any utencils, not any single cup or fork/spoon or plate, this a suite for families.

Room was spacious and allowed for all to get comfortable. Breakfast- get there early as when things are out they are out! Little disappointing as we slept in but we’re down by 830 am. And not having coffee or tea available throughout the day was missed.

Breakfast was ok but the sausage and French toast sticks were over microwaved and not very good eggs were ok and there was cereal and fruit yogurt muffins .the room was clean and furnished very nicely.but the place shows its age in hallways the elevator the bathroom moulding .plus the pool was closed .the staff was nice and helpful

Apparently they are getting the hotel changed to a brand name...they have a little ways to go yet but our experience was good overall....the staff were all friendly and helpful...the room was clean but the window would not lock and the shower door would not stay shut. The pool area was clean for sunbathing but the pool was not heated so it was too cold for swimming...the breakfast had a good hot selection but the island was too large for the area and caused congestion during the peak hours 8:30-9:30 am The staff were all helpful and courteous overall we had a good experience and would come back

I chose the hotel for its location but I was surprised by the amount of space in the room, my room had a sitting area, a fridge and a sink and it made it so much easier when you have a young kid with you you have different spaces The place was nicely clean, like I said, location is absolutely great Staff was courteous and friendly They have a decent breakfast, which makes getting breakfast. Another thing that you don’t need to plan for. Overall, a very good experience

I would like to give my honest opinion: the place is in a very good area and the rooms are large. However, they were under renovation and there were some holes. The breakfast was the same for all four days, and they did not have enough staff. I would not stay here again, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad place—just not to my liking.

The room had a lot of nice new things like lamps, counters etc. I would say the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little, towels looked mismatched, the shower door kept trying to slide back while taking a shower and the sheets were put on wrong. A/C definitely worked because the room was nice and cold. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly! I think the building itself needs some more improvements but that's okay! We understand it's under renovations! Also would say this is the friendliest staff! Very nice location wise.

Front desk staff all nice! Room was clean, newer , bathroom needs update. Clean pool. They allowed me to do a late check out with out additional charge which was really nice since our flight was late at night. Would stay again, you have restaurants and bars close by.

The room was very clean, and the lobby was gorgeous! The only complaint is that there are no silverware, dishes, etc. Eating meals at “home” became difficult, so we just grabbed plastic silverware and paper plates from the gas station. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and gave us extra toilet paper, towels, and soap as needed. Overall, I would stay here again!

The room was clean. The beds did not have blankets on them but they had blankets in the closet. There was a room with a couch and counter and kithenette and a seperste room with our beds. Buffet breakfast was as expected. Good price and no resort fee yet so close to disneu and the outlets!

This property surprised me in the best way. From the moment you walk in, the lobby is very nice and clean. The front desk people were friendly & offered a smooth check-in/check-out experience. Our room was super clean. The size of the room was perfect for 4 guests and I would even dare say for 5. The beds were comfortable. Everything was organized. I would definitely stay here again. Having parking on-site for free was a nice addition. We did not get to use the pool because it was cold but it looked taken care of. The only issue I had was that since “shuttle service” to the park was offered I assumed that it would be an all day thing. But, it is only offered to Epcot and one of the other parks with only 1 time available to leave (9:40AM) and 1 time to come back (6:40PM). It was not worth it. Overall, great place to stay with the family and you are a 15 min drive from Magic Kingdom.
