The staff was very nice. However, I could not give an excellent rating only because the room was just okay. There was stains on the blankets and toilet seat was a little loose also the office chair was dirty and rusted. Also, getting an early check in was impossible even after I called hours ahead. We had an event to go to and we were late. I would definitely stay again as far as safety and amenities. The location was also perfect because they have shuttle service to the parks and free parking. I would love to give them 5stars just because of staff but I want to be honest.

Room was clean. The hallway smelled very musty. There was construction at 1 of the pools. The other pool was very nice. Liked that it has a Pizza Hut and Starbucks and a store for drinks and snacks. Car rentals can be done at the hotel too. The staff we came in contact with were great. We spent 2 nights there. There was no room service: changing garbage and replacing towels. Not sure if you are supposed to ask for that now or not.
