"The breakfast buffet could be better the eggs were not good and hardly any potato options, we don’t eat pork so we were limited. Parking is crazy expensive and there was a strange acting lady who was not a guest following me to my car. You need better security"

"Great stay! Shuttle is very convince and is in a great location.5 mins away from the Kia Center(in the car).You could actually walk if it wasn’t so hot lol Maybe the hotel can add a towel rack in the bathroom for better usage especially when your staying a few days!"

"The room was great! The staff marvelous! Everything was wonderful except no free breakfast or coffee unless you were part of the club. I was very disappointed that I had to ask the restaurant for a cup of coffee or buy a cup from Dunkin…I didn’t know get any meal with out a cost. At the price I paid… I thought I would at least get free access to coffee and breakfast. I was extremely disappointed in that. I didn’t need parking."
