"We arrived and the smell of sewage was throughout the reception and 2nd floor Howies restaurant area. We had no locker for our skies as the lock was broken. They said they would fix it but never did during our three night stay. Hooks in our bathroom were hanging off the wall leaving exposed screws and drywall. The bathroom sink did not work, no drainage. Pulled the drain out and covered in bacteria and black mould. Staff at reception were very grumpy and short tempered with our requests."

"I legit needed a place to crash for two nights on my ski trip. There's a restaurant downstairs and a gas station across the street that's also the liquor store. Jay Peak is 7 minutes up the road. "
