"Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. "The bed was smelling. I did not sleep throughout the night because of the strong smell of the bed. The water remained stagnant in the bathtub and did not drain after showers. In addition, the hallway smelled terrible and unkept. I regretted my reservation at the motel. I strongly don't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to rest before their business in Providence."
