"Second stay here on our journey back to UK from Portugal. Great place, clean, comfortable and the owner is a gentleman. Local restaurant was closed this time of year, which was a shame as it’s really good food and good value but the owner pointed us to a place about 9 km away and the food was good and dogs were welcome. We will be back during our travels. Thanks"

"Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the

"Common areas are nice, very smart. Room was big. Biggest issue was I did not feel welcome as an English speaking male tourist. 2 pleasant staff members others not so much.

was Ok. Tea/coffee cups in room are plastic and thimble sized. No conditioner or body lotion in bathroom. TV remote visibly dirty but the rest looked clean. Housekeeping coughing alot in the morning. Avoid the coffee shop/bar, it's for the elderly locals who get good service. "
