"Our train was late and the front desk staff, Alessia stayed late just to let us check in. It was very kind and went above and beyond! She also arranged transport from train to hotel which was super helpful due to the train’s late arrival.
The breakfast was also very good with some hot selections and cold and fresh fruit.
The room was very clean and well maintained with good air conditioning during the hot weather. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel which had great walking access to the major attractions. Orvieto is a lovely town!"
