"This hotel is badly managed and quite disappointing. We have stayed in many comfort suites in the last 5 weeks and this one looked the best, the facilities are very nice but was the disappointing . We had 2 rooms Room 1 Curtains do not close, mechanism is broken so light came from outside all the time and it bothered our rest. There was an annoying fly in the room Cleaner forgot to remove dirty wash cloths, one was hanging over the curtain Toilet paper rolled the wrong way, we turned them around. The box of tissues was empty Pillows are old and uncomfortable Bed was not well made There was a raucous from upstairs room and the room next door like a “pack of horses” running over our heads and corridor Room 2 Was not very clean and smelled bad The desk was missing in the room Breakfast was very poor though the man in charge was doing his best to keep everything clean and tidy One bright spot was Amanda in the reception. She was very sweet and welcoming"

"Although we had prepaid online, when we arrived they charged us $50 for “incidentals,” which upon questioning the reason, became apparent it was a security fee for damage. That was odd. Also, there was no mention of a parking fee, but they charged us $10 a night, yet the parking didn’t have security and basically was street parking. Although it seemed clean, the beds were not crisp. They looked as if someone put them together rapidly. The entire hotel looked run down and any attempt at repairs were DIY. The breakfast was like every cheap breakfast you see in economy hotels. They did return the deposit when we were leaving. It just seemed that this motel is past its heyday. I didn’t feel it was worth the cost. We were there for the National Homeschool Track & Field Competition. We do not plan to stay here next year. "

"This is a small hotel with the outdoor entrance rooms. The owners have refurbished all the rooms. Mine was quite lovely. The bed was huge, I even had a recliner. The TV was a huge screen with plenty of channels. It was very clean and smelled great. The staff were so kind, helping me out. I’m disabled so getting inside the office to use the ice machine was a little hard but the boy behind the counter jumped out real fast to help. You can’t smoke in the room of course so I smoked outside. Very nice weather and they had a little ashtray with sand sitting in my air conditioner making it very handy. I live locally so rarely have to leave but I will for sure go there again if I’m in need and will make sure to tell visiting friends and relatives to use their services. There was also a nice looking pool but wasn’t ready for summer yet. Looked like they were putting in new landscaping and getting the pool ready maybe. Just lived my stay. Nice and quiet too. "

"I stayed in room 212, and unfortunately, I encountered roaches in my room, which was quite unpleasant. However, aside from this issue, my overall experience during my stay was positive."

"The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were not working. They were gross with molded yucky water. That was part of the whole reason we booked this hotel. The photos showed them to be nice. It was such a disappointment. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have asked for a refund and went to another hotel. People are on a trip like to relax in the hot tub. "
