"Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here. Shower floor had a hole/scrape in it and door frame had a loose piece. Our fridge also had two huge dents in it. Just a bit shabby overall. The staff however was extremely helpful and had fresh towels readily available since they only clean the room every 3rd morning. We did get our room cleaned on the 2nd and 3rd morning when we requested it. Our room was very clean !"

"The breakfast was very improved since the last time I stayed. Our room was clean but the desk chair seat was worn through. The second floor elevator landing was soaked and baseboards needed the dust edge cleaned. Perhaps think about a different flooring for the main elevator as you can't discern swimming pool drips and puddles of thoughtless guests from beverage spills. I stay at this property annually and will again."
