When I travel to Osaka again I will definitely stay here. I already recommend my friends to stay here when they visit. The property location is excellent, the staff provided great service and I like the speakeasy feel of the hidden entrance to the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and location was unbeatable. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful especially when helping me send my luggage to the next hotel. Will stay here again! Also breakfast in the morning was very tasty and fresh!

Highly recommend this property if being around Namba/Dotonbori is your priority! It was a fantastic location, right in the heart of Osaka’s most iconic streets. We booked two rooms and both were fantastic. The spa/sauna was everything we needed after a short flight in from Seoul. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Beautiful establishment with professional and patient staff. Foreigner friendly for sure. The bath spa is an added bonus. I did the spa every night for 2 hours. Always clean and quiet. Best part of my trip.

Amazing experience the spa upstairs has hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. Room is full of different amenities did not to bring anything from home. Staff was overall great when asking questions or for request. They helped with luggage transport from Osaka to Shinjuku which was awesome. Overall had great experience cannot wait to come back to stay again. I would highly recommend to those who want a nice place to stay in the center of all the major things to do: sight seeing, near by restaurants, many connivence stores around, and other things to do.

While we did not actually stay here, we were completely amazed at their outstanding customer service. We originally booked a stay but due to a typhoon, our flights have been cancelled. Candeo understood our situation and provided us a refund as a goodwill gesture. This experience certainly left us with an excellent impression and we will consider them again for our future visit.

Clean hotel with nice spa. We found for cleaning of our rooms every night they were careless with our belongings on the bed. A sock was initially lost, then a bag for a fold up jacket and worse an apple watched was knocked behind the bed. We had to retrieve it ourselves after worrying it had been stolen or lost. It’s a nice hotel with good location however some of the room service and cleaning was sub par so just be warned.

I have only 4/5 for cleanliness because the carpet in my hallway was dirty down the middle. But everything else was immaculate. The rooftop onsen was a treat, though a little generic. While I was in one of the baths, I noticed a female staff member tidying the change room. I thought I might have been in the women’s onsen! 😬 (I was alone, so it wasn’t obvious.) On my way out, I noticed the little sign by the entrance (to the men’s onsen) advising guests that female staff would be present at certain times. Staff were delightfully helpful and polite. The breakfast was a cornucopia.

It was conveniently located near shopping areas, eateries, and sightseeing spots, all within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It also felt very safe. We highly recommend the onsite onsen at the Candeo Hotels Osaka Shinsaibashi.
