SCAM!!!!!!!!

It is a scam, don't go there (see pictures). The apprtment is in a disgusting state. It is impossible to contact the owner. Apparently no one except the previous guests have ever cleaned.

拜託，超級爛的 這房間根本沒打掃過吧? 房間事前根本聯絡不到屋主 說會寄MAIL 根本沒有阿 訂了會後悔 我家人比較晚到 我15:30先去看房子 裡面根本是積了一個月的垃圾場阿 拜託不要花錢找罪受

Room is Terrible and very dirty.

The room is terrible. The room seems not yet cleaned and full of trash in the bin. The balcony is mess with cigarette and small rock on the floor. The bed is not hygiene and full of dust. There are a lot of hairs falling around the toilet. The air conditioner is disappointing. The pocket wifi is not functioning. It is not worth to pay a penny.

不會再入住的酒店

1. 兩組人分別經Hotel.com 及Expedia同時預訂同一間洒店，令人震驚和不知所措。 2. 沒有清楚確認領取房間鎖匙方法，我們在大廈門口等了一小時（沒有密碼），待有人出入才能進入。 3. 房間、廁所及露台不清潔，很多塵及汚跡，我們要總動員清潔。 4. 被子邋遢及床墊有血跡。 5.在沒有足夠空調下，我們需要清洗積了厚厚塵的隔塵網。 我們付出了金錢是想有一個愉快假期，不是要替別人清潔房子。

地點很方便,不管是去逛街或遊景點,地鐵站也都隨處可見對第一次自由行來說很方便。

飯店連絡不易,沒有服務人員有點不方便。 但是鄰居都很友善,幸好有鄰居的幫忙才能順利入住。 如果有要煮消夜或早餐的人來說是一個不錯的選擇。

極差 我和好友到門前找不到鑰匙 又聯絡不到屋主 轉了幾回房屋 最後wifi又用不了 浴室洗澡時會漏水 地板和床鋪好像沒人清潔般骯髒 我們book了3天但最後只是住了一天就轉了另一間酒店了

A Well-Located Safe Apartment Near Kuromon Market

We arrived late at night. The main door to the building requires a combination number to unlock it. We were unaware and were not informed about it. We had to double-check that we have got the correct address. The address in the itinerary indicated room 506 but the room was locked and we had no access to it. At this point of time, I was already getting distressed. Upon further scrutiny, the room type indicated room 703. We went up to check if the room was available and found the key in its mailbox The room was small and not well-cleaned. The floor in the room and in the balcony was dusty and I had to mop it several times till I was satisfied. I turned on the ventilation fan of the toilet the whole time as the toilet would stink without it. The toilet could have been cleaner if it is well-scrubbed. Its floor gets wet as there is no partition between the shower and the toilet area. We would always mop the toilet floor to dry it. I also moved the furniture aside to make more space for all the 5 of us.We were also unable to use the wifi as there was no internet access. We made it our home for the 7 nights. We bought our personal data plan and a mat for the toilet. We liked its location as It is close to 2 subway lines, the Kuromon market, the Namba Centre, convenience stores and a supermarket. We used the stove and washing machine. Detergents are available. Beds are comfortable but the futons are too thin. It is a lovely place if it is cleaner with internet access.

一開門看到的景象真在太難接受！！！地上滿是頭髮 塵埃 一踏進去地下 桌面都是黐立立的》《 一點也不要希望煮食 我們還要自行清理一下 才能入住
