Stay for one night as we were flying out the next day. Comfortable stay. Close to train station to airport. It will be a 40 min train ride into downtown Osaka.

We stayed here 1 night only as our flight from Sydney arrived after 8pm into KIX and we specifically looked for something close to KIX, it is only a quick train ride 2 stops and then another for 1 stop( 15mins in total) and a short easy walk, we loved the hotel, the room was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and it was close to the waterfront to go for a walk the next morning and watch the local fish market with kids catching fish on the Sunday morning, it's a bit far out to stay here as a base for sightseeing around Osaka and Kyoto etc but we would definitely stay 1-3 nights next time to explore the surrounding area a bit more before heading into Osaka

Beware before booking if you need an airport hotel. The property advertises themselves as an Airport Hotel on Expedia but when you reach the building it is called Apartment Hotel 11 not Airport Hotel 11. There is no airport shuttle offered anymore in contrary to previous reviews. Your options are an expensive 50$ taxi or taking the train two stops and then transfer to another platform, go counter direction for one stop and then walk for half a mile through a residential area before reaching, or take a cab from the station. SO IT IS NOT AN AIRPORT HOTEL!!! This was also confirmed by the receptionist who was quite surprised that we came “all the way from the airport”. The room itself was as seen on the photos: clean, had an AC, no fridge.

すごく大きい施設で驚きました。イケアみたいに大きい。 でもきれいに清掃されていて、３人一部屋に泊まれてベットが１人1台あるので良かったです。あまりそういう部屋はない気がします。

静かだし車も置けて清潔。ただ荷物置くスペースもなく狭い。飲み物、ブラシ、着替えなどないから、ちょっと慌てた。部屋を確認する写真が少なすぎてイメージが掴めなかった。エアコンの設定が16℃強風のままで、設定を変えるのに時間がかかった。途中クーラーから水が滴る音が耳について寝られなかった。温度を上げたら直った。泊まる客が帰ったら設定は普通に直すべき！

翌日のフライト時間が早いので、家族で前泊利用させていただきました。 正直、あまりの安さに期待はしていませんでしたが、部屋の綺麗さとオシャレさに驚きました。 シャンプー類、ボディソープなどもメナード商品で統一されており、とても良かったです。 お風呂は、バスタブは無いですが、暑い時期だったのでシャワーで十分でした。 フロントの方も気さくな感じで良かったです。 とても気分よく泊まれました。ありがとうございました。
