This facility is about 15-20 min driver from Dontonburi located in Namba. The facility was clean and quiet. This was great location so you can travel other areas of Osaka. This is great for 2 travelers and have great local places to eat in the area . We were very happy and was a great Place for our vacation. When we return to Osaka again we will try to book this facility since we enjoyed it so much. Laundry machine was great, kitchen was clean and modern. Staff was great to communicate with when I had questions. Thank you for a great stay and hope we can book this again in our next trip.

This place was definitely the best place we stayed at while on our trip to Japan. Spacious, modern, comfortable and convenient. Close to the ashiharabashi station on the Osaka loop line, otherwise a 25 min walk to Dotonbori street.

Happy with the room! Bigger than we expected. Place was very clean and it was nice to have a little kitchenette to prep meals. Neighbourhood is much quieter (one of the biggest reasons we booked) - so nice to be away from the chaos of Dotonbori. It’s a 9 minute walk to the metro and only 1 stop from Namba/Dotonbori. There was another station was a 3-4 minute walk from the the unit but you’d have to transfer lines to get to Namba, no biggie and not a hassle at all. Nothing against the property itself, I think it was just unlucky that we got an awful neighbour. They were very loud and inconsiderate of the quiet hours posted in the house rules. Overall, a great experience and would readily rebook if I ever went back to Osaka.

Place was pretty good. Took a bit for the air conditioning to cool down the place and the room is defintiely not like the picture but I would absolutely stay here again the next time me and my partner come to Osaka. We loved the location and the neighborhood and ease of public transit. Beds are super comfy and having the washer and dry room made suchba difference.

I think you get exactly what you paid for here. Honestly it was really nice. The unit came with a washing machine, fully equipped washroom and a little kitchenette. The space itself is tight but manageable when traveling in small groups.

After also staying in hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto, I much more prefer something like this residence. It is more like a small apartment rather than a crammed hotel room and has everything you need. There is no front seat check in and it is all done yourself with a code on the door or lockbox.

Great quiet location that is close to 2 different train stations. Very convenient to travel to Namba, where u really can find everything u need. There are couple of food places around but hours are kinda all over the place. All 3 convenient chains are within 3 block radius. Check in is very seamless and host is very responsive to messages on the app. Space is compact but has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend

such a good find for staying in osaka. it’s close to the station but in a quieter part of the city. plus it has a little kitchen and in unit laundry. very nice and clean. i also messaged the host while there and they got back to me very quickly!! will be staying there again!!

Good place for a couple and there are 2 good size beds, but there is not a lot of room to move around or anywhere to sit other than the beds, so may not be suitable for more than 2 if you were planning on spending much time there. Also, we were on the first floor, so the windows were grayed out, which I would prefer to see out a window and close the blind when needed, but understand it was likely too close to the neighbouring building to do that.

Very disappointing stay — cleanliness issues and poor value Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this property. The property is advertised as offering a city view, but the view did not match what I expected based on the listing. The first apartment I was given was dusty and had spiders everywhere, including in the bed. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. To their credit, the staff immediately switched me to a different room after I reported the issue, and I do appreciate how quickly they responded. Unfortunately, the second room still had several serious cleanliness issues. Both rooms had a strange smell that was noticeable during the stay. In the new room, there was what appeared to be urine on the rim of the toilet. The pillows appeared dirty and used and had a bad smell, while the bed sheets and covers did not feel freshly cleaned. I also found tiny hairs already in the bed. The 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out also felt quite restrictive. While I understand these times may be stated in the booking information, I personally felt that the limited hours reduced the overall value I received for what I paid. Overall, the quick room change was the main positive, but having cleanliness issues in both rooms was very disappointing. The strange smell, dirty bedding and pillows, hairs in the bed, and condition of the bathroom made the stay uncomfortable. Combined with the restrictive check-in/check-out times and the view not matching my expectations, I did

Pros: - The room was a decent size - The fridge had a separate compartment for the freezer - There was a microwave Cons: - The listings do not show you which room you are booking until they send you the door codes. This means that you could be unlucky and end up with a floor 1 apartment. I asked to switch rooms as soon as they told me that I was on floor 1 but they said all other rooms were booked. I checked their listing again and found there were still several other rooms available during my stay so I am pretty sure they were lying - Due to being on floor 1 and the front door being very thin, I could hear everyone entering and leaving the apartment - Similarly, I could hear a lot of traffic from the adjacent intersection - There is something really wrong with the water heater. Every time I turned on the hot water, it would turn on and it sounds like a jet engine. I never used it for too long because I was genuinely afraid it would explode
