Very short walk to Hanshin Amagasaki Station, & KIX Airport limousine bus stop, Local shopping and many restaurants close by. Amagasaki Castle not too far and worth a visit. Rooms are small but normal for a business hotel in Japan, and perfect for the use to as a home base to be out and about. Decent Japanese budget breakfast an option. Staff helpful and accommodating. If you want a nice room to spend your day go elsewhere and pay x3-x4. If you need a place to sleep and head out during the day, at a decent rate, a good choice. Housekeeping options of when to have towels changed or room to be made is helpful.

もともと建物が古いので部屋とかも細かい所は不潔だし使用する前で風呂に毛が落ちていたりしました。 朝食は去年と変わりなくてもう少しメニューを変更すればいいと思います。 スタッフはあまりいい対応でない方がおられましたね。私だけがそう感じたのかもしれませんが残念です。２年続けて行きましたが来年はないかな？

・唯一のアドバンテージは、阪神電車を利用する人に限定されるが、阪神尼崎駅に近いということのみですかね？。 ・建屋、客室設備の老朽化、衛生面でのスリッパの中敷きすらない。 ・翌朝の朝食、70年生きてきてメニューの貧弱さびっくりしました。特に洋食派には耐えられないでしょうね。 ・大阪万博も終わったのに、ただ寝るだけの費用対効果(コスパ)、全般のCS(顧客満足度)、エンドピーク効果の法則への工夫の無さetc.、私個人の意見ですがリピートはまず考えないでしょう。どれだけ時間を費やしても次回は別のビジホを探すでしょうね。 ・辛口で申し訳ありませんでした。 以上

ベットが上質で寝心地が良い。冷蔵庫も音が静かなので気にならない。 隣室の音が聞こえて気になるけど。 他には、飲み屋街なので、夕食が種々選択できるので便利。 部屋にコーヒーパックがあればもっと良かったかな。

脚の悪い母が1人で宿泊したのですが、チェックインの時に、杖もあり、荷物が持てなかったので一緒に部屋まで行くと、受付の人が慌て追いかけてきて、宿泊の方しか部屋に入れないと言われました。チェックインの時に荷物お持ちしましょうか？と言ってくれればよかったのですが、一言も無くて…かなり残念な感じでした。その方は無表情な感じで冷たく感じました。
