The kitchen was well equiped, and the location is near many stations and Osaka Castle. This was a great base for our 4 days in Osaka as part of our larger Japan trip. Staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Location, Comfortable room

We just finished an amazing 4 night stay and were very impressed. The location is fantastic and there is a supermarket, multiple 7-Elevens, a mall and train station within a 3-5minute walk. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the check in/check out process was great. We are a family of 3 and would recommend this to anyone travelling with a small family. We would stay again next time we’re in Osaka

Best place we ever stayed. Great communication, laundry machine includes drying, drys cloth really well. We got Amazon delivered there too, the staffs are super friendly. Hair dryer dries slow, other than that it’s perfect!!!

The apartment was large and spacious with a separate toilet room which makes getting ready in the morning a lot quicker for couples. Very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Only a few minutes away from multiple train stations. Highly recommended for short and long stays in Osaka.

By far the best hotel style accommodation I’ve stayed at in Osaka. The customer service was amazing and it’s incredible value for money. There are so many great local restaurants nearby, and being close to multiple train stations made getting around super easy, especially trips to Dotonbori and USJ. Osaka Castle is also close by and worth a visit. Having a personal washing machine in the room was such a bonus, along with plenty of luggage storage. The TV also had Netflix, which was perfect for relaxing after long days of walking around the city. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely try to book this place again when I come back to Osaka.

Nice area close to metro and railway station. The room was comfortable and clean. Has a washer and dryer great if you have small kids. Walking distance to the Osaka castle. Reception are great very helpful. We hope stay again in the future.

In-unit laundry is a wonderful perk and it adds to the convenience factor. Easy walk to two train stations. Helpful staff on-site available to provide assistance. They do speak English so communication is easier for our traveling party. Overall a very pleasant stay without issues and for a good price. We felt safe walking around in the area - It is located in a residential neighborhood with a few konbinis nearby).
