"The hotel is located very close to Osaka station, when you know, how to find it. It is above a massive shopping center with a check-in reception located on the 9th floor. The hotel is very modern, uses lots of modern technology (self-check in and self check-out kiosks, QR code for stored suitcases, a robot zooming around the restaurant collecting plates, etc.).
There is a massive food court on the 8th floor, just below the hotel, which is very handy after long days of walking around.
The hotel has a self-service laundry facilitied, which is very popular with tourists.
The room was exactly as on the photos. The beds were very comfortable. Sadly no wardrobe to hang clothes and not much space for the suitcades.
The breakfast was amazing. Large selection of freshly cooked food. Lots of frest vegetables and fruit. Good quality cooked japanese and western dishes.
Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel."
