"The property outside is well maintained and clean as are the rooms. I like that the location is close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. Parking for a length of time is also safe and convenient."

"Good sized clean room with great air con. I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great. Good facilities for tea and coffee making and a great shower/tub. Although the hotel is a little dated in parts, everything is super clean and the staff are all lovely. I would definitely stay here again, given all the above as well as the easy walk to Sound Transit to get into Seattle"

"Great place to stay but the reason I booked was for the hot tub and they advised me when I checked in that it was closed indefinitely 😒 all a gal wants is some relaxation in a hot tub before she gets on a plane after a tiresome vacation. Somehow let travelers know before hand that a hot tub is not available would be nice. But the rooms were good breakfast was great. Transportation to the airport was spectacular and staff was very nice."

We’d recommend and would stay here again without a second thought. We walked to light rail train station making public transit downtown and to various places for other activities easily accessible."

"The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls were not fully soundproof. I could hear footsteps from the neighboring room, and on several occasions they woke me up. Other than that, everything was excellent. The room was impeccably clean, the airport shuttle service was punctual (I requested a pickup at 3:15 a.m.), and the hotel is very close to the airport."

"Sara and Bobbie were very nice and helpful. When we first booked this hotel, we were told there was a shuttle to the pier to catch a cruise. There wasn’t. Had to hire an Uber. There is a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Older hotel. Second night we had to switch rooms due to air conditioning not working properly. And no hair dryers! Price was very good."
