"The unit was very roomy and clean. It was easy to find and we greatly enjoyed the clubhouse access that came with our rental. There is washer/dryer upstairs which was very nice. What would have taken our review from “good” to “great would be: -better communication from the hosts prior to our stay. We sent several messages with a question and never heard back. -better provisions in the unit. When we stay somewhere it’s nice to have at the bare minimum enough toilet paper and paper towels to last...

"One of the BEST stays we’ve had in a while. Easy to find and checkin, very spacious apartment. The balcony was huge, we enjoyed having breakfast outside with a view. One of the best features were the comfy beds!"

"The coffee pot was broke, we emailed about it and received a new one within a a few hours. The listing says water park access but you don’t get water park access. The dryer was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay. The company is very attentive to needs. I brought up something’s in the house that probably need evaluated and they said things need to be addressed at the beginning on the stay. "The lock on our rental was faulty and we were locked out, forced to wait with bags outside for a handyman to come to fix the lock. We had one handyman come about 8:30pm and while he was nice, he was unable to figure out how to fix the lock, but he did get us inside the condo. He said someone would come in the morning who know how to work these locks. I explained that we had someplace to go at 11am, so we needed it completed by then. He assured me that their staff came in at 9am, so getting...

"This was an amazing place to stay for our Family Vacation trip to Disney World. The contemporary decor of the home as well as being well stocked with everything we needed was terrific. The location was amazing as it was close to the Disney Parks, The Sealife Aquarium, restaurants, shopping and night life at Disney Springs. The ease of reserving, gaining access to check in and checking out were seamless. We highly recommend this 6 bedroom, 5 bedroom home away from home!"
