"I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating. "it was clean but with the renovations going on it was clustered somewhat. the room was super clean but the bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a cement slab otherwise it was a nice stay."
