"Disappointed about the outdated room, horrible breakfast -(this morning there was no eggs and when I asked politely if they were going to refill I received a very rude response (no). The only thing nice was the front desk staff. I chose LaQuinta because I stayed at one last week in Starkville Mississippi that was so nice in every aspect of my stay and would recommend this chain to anyone which I could no longer do now."

"The place was filthy. Sticky counters, hair, debris, and dirt on everything. Smudges and fingerprints on all of the mirrors. The dishes had old food on them. The place was disgusting. That was the first room. We told the staff and they gave us a new room. This room was even worse with the dirt and had blunt rappers, rust stains on the countertops, more hair, etc. we had to wear shoes inside because when we were walking around our feet turned black like PITCH BLACK in less than 10 minutes. We probably should have left and gone somewhere else but we were so exhausted. We didn’t get in until after 11 so we just sucked it up and slept. The view from the balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable. That’s about all that we liked about this place."

"Staff was awesome- super friendly and helpful from the valet to front desk to market cashier and patio bartender! Got upgraded to an ovean-front room with wraparound terrace, which was fab!! Room could use major upgrade. Carpet and couch were dingy and old (as in, we were careful not to sit on couch at all), but bed was pretty comfortable and sheets were clean and fragrance-free (bonus!) Felt like a 3-star resort, not 4. "
