"Beautiful old building. Nice welcome. Friendly employees. Clean, comfortable rooms. There is an elevator to the second floor but then stairs to the third floor. "The hotel staff was very kind and helpful! It began when they sent us an email about the transportation strike happening the day of our arrival and continued through the whole of our stay. The room was fairly large, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The desk staff went out of their way to be helpful, providing directions, an extra key, phone numbers, etc., all with a smile, kindness, and caring. They even printed some documents for us.
