"Location is amazing. The hotel rooms are large. Our bathroom was fully remodeled with a giant tub and a separate shower and a separate toilet. Rooms had very squeaky floors and I mean like super loud. The plants inside the hotel needed a bit of a dusting. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. "

"Room was functional but not the most comfortable. The real issue was the reception and checking in, I had to scan a QR code and register at reception, then the receptionist rudely asked me the same questions, I think he could have just read them off my passport that I handed to him in the first place. He then said I have to sleep in bed number 1, making me concerned I have booked a shared room... I was in a single room with one bed. Unneccessarily rude. I stayed in a few budget hotel brands this week and unfortunately this was the only one where I felt uncomfortable."

"Best place to stay in Graz if you have a car or don’t mind tanking the street car into downtown. The rooms and breakfast are great. Staff is chill and there is a grocery store, cafe and other small restaurants nearby. Love it!"
